Careem Team Visits IBEX Global

A high profile group of representatives from Careem Management visited IBEX Global Lahore & Islamabad offices during last month. The purpose of the visit was to discuss Careem’s current progress and work mechanisms along with the future growth prospects for the business. From Careem’s side, Nawfal Jabri, Hassan Farid, Michael Callipri, Sarfraz Baig were representing and from IBEX side, Nadeem Elahi – CEO, Hashim Khan – Director Operations, Fahad Subzwari – Director Operations Support, Ali Adnan – Sr. Manager CIQ, Umair Butt – Asst. Manager Operations were leading. The Management ensured special arrangements in order to make this visit effective and highlighted the depth and capabilities that IBEX has to offer. The production floor was well decorated, keeping in line the theme of corporate colors of IBEX & Careem. Customized standees were placed all around the office and a cake cutting ceremony was organized, in order to give a warm welcome to the guests upon arrival.

The first day of the visit comprised of a tour facility in Islamabad as well as a general review of operations of IBEX Global being catered in Islamabad. The second day of the visit focused on meetings with different teams in Lahore, which are looking after Careem’s operations along with the demonstration of the current business highlights. They also had a tour around the Lahore facility. The third day of the visit was dedicated to the on-the-floor activities and live call experience monitoring. Hassan Farid spent time on the floor and witnessed the on-floor pulse, interacting with Customer Support Executives (CSE’s) along with having discussions with Operational Supervisors & CIQ Team.

This corporate visit turned out to be a fruitful effort in fostering healthy corporate relations with Careem team. Officials gave a very positive feedback and were hopeful in strengthening the business relations with IBEX Global.
